Summary

Think of this as a quick overview. Explore the full case study to follow the complete journey of turning intimidating Web3 jargon into a wallet anyone can use.

Orbit Wallet is a consumer crypto wallet designed to abstract away blockchain complexity, letting everyday users send, receive and manage digital assets with the simplicity of a banking app.

Through simplified onboarding, plain-language transaction summaries, and familiar mobile-banking patterns, first-time crypto users can get from download to their first transaction without needing to understand gas fees or seed phrases up front.

The Problem

Most crypto wallets are built for people who already understand blockchain — seed phrases, gas fees, and network selection are surfaced upfront, before a new user has any reason to trust the product.

Describe the specific problem here: where did first-time users get stuck or drop off, and what made the experience feel risky or confusing?
